These Terms explain the rules for using RinkDraw, a free tournament management service operated by Rink Group.
Using RinkDraw
Provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use the service only for lawful club and tournament administration.
Free service and availability
The core service is currently free. Optional donations or merchandise may be introduced later. We may maintain, change or discontinue parts of the service as it develops.
Your content
You retain ownership of team information, logos, sponsor material and other content you upload. You allow RinkDraw to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service, including public pages and live results that you choose to publish.
Public information
Only enter personal information you have permission to share. Published tournaments may make selected team, player and result information visible to spectators.
RinkDraw intellectual property
RinkDraw software, branding, logos, written content, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to Rink Group. You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell or create a substantially similar service from those materials without written permission. This does not prevent lawful competition or independent development.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, interfere with other users, or use RinkDraw for spam, harassment or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that create a security, legal or operational risk.
Disclaimers and liability
RinkDraw is an evolving service. Keep independent copies of important tournament information. To the extent permitted by law, Rink Group is not responsible for indirect loss. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
