RinkDraw is operated by Rink Group. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it and your choices.
Information collected
We collect account name, email and authentication ID. Organisers may add club details, tournament settings, team and player names, registration contacts, results, notes and uploaded logos or sponsor images.
Use
We use information to create accounts, operate tournaments, save drafts, generate draws, manage results, provide public pages when enabled, respond to support and protect the service.
Storage and providers
Account and tournament data is stored using Supabase Authentication, database and storage services. The application is hosted by Vercel. Configured email providers may send authentication or service emails. Poster drafts and settings may also be stored in your browser's local storage.
Public pages
If you enable online registration or live results, information on the relevant public page can be shared with players and spectators. Only publish information you intend to make public.
Disclosure and overseas services
We may disclose information to providers that host, secure, authenticate and operate RinkDraw, and where required by law. Some providers may process information outside Australia. We do not sell personal information.
Retention, access and deletion
We keep information while needed for the service or legal and security obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Browser poster drafts can be removed by clearing this site's browser data.
